How to register for providerConnect^TM

• To create an account, fill out the providerConnect^TMHealth Professional Provider of Service Account Application.
• You will be assigned a provider number once the form is complete.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your secure providerConnect^TM account has been activated. The processing time for applications is 7 business days.

Reimbursement

When making a claim online, you will immediately find out the amount that will be reimbursed by SSQ. Your patients will pay only the amount that is not reimbursed by their group insurance plan.

Every two weeks, SSQ will deposit the amounts due into your bank account.
