Step 1

In order to log in, go to ssq.ca.

Click login, followed by Insured.

Step 2

Enter your username and password and click login.

You will be redirected to the Customer Centre homepage.

Step 3

Open the main menu and choose Group Insurance.

Step 4

Click Consult your Booklet in the Your Coverage box.

You may also access this information by clicking Documentation in the Documents tab.

Step 5

In the Documentation page, click the link or the icon at the end of the line.

We strongly recommend consulting the most recent version of the Plan at a Glance document, because it contains the changes and amendments made to your plan (e.g., the premium amounts).
