Groups with 700 members or more Groups with 700 members or more have a vested right to designate at least one delegate. The number of delegates a group is entitled to designate is established according to a table provided for such purpose and is based on the total number of members in the group. The policyholder is responsible for putting in place a method for designating delegates from among the members of the group. A form for the purpose of designating delegates is sent to the policyholder of each group at some time between September 1 and 30 each year. A list of delegates designated by each group, including the delegates' contact details, must be submitted in writing to the Corporate Secretary, no later than December 31 following the sending of the Delegate Designation Form. |
