Group made up of employee and retiree members of SSQ

Members who are employees or retirees of SSQ, Mutual Management Corporation, of SSQ, Mutual Holding Inc., of SSQ, Life Insurance Company Inc. or of any of their subsidiaries are entitled to three delegate positions within the following subcategories:

• Two delegate positions from among unionized employees and retirees
• One delegate position from among non-unionized employees and retirees

The provisions applicable to the designation of delegates by groups with 700 members or more apply to this category of members.
